DXC Conversion

DXC Connection DiagramKR-DXC Coil Conversion:
The Coil Package comes pre-assembled to a new matching reclamation head cover and includes the expansion valve, self sealing quick connect fittings and proper charged R-22. With the self-sealing connections the Coil Assembly may be safely removed for cleaning without loss of refrigerant.

KR-DXC Condenser Unit:
Compact design can be floor, wall or ceiling mounted. This Packaged Unit comes complete with pre-charge of R-22, sight glass, filter dryer, accumulator and self-sealing quick connect couplings for easy installation.

KR-DXC Line Sets:
Liquid and suction lines are pre-charged with environmentally approved R-22. These Line Sets are insulated and ready to install by using the simple self-sealing quick connect couplings. Line Sets may be ordered in custom lengths at no extra charge up to 40ft maximum.

Setting the Standards for Performance

Cabinetry:
Constructed of galvanized steel and baked powder paint panels.

Compressor:
Thermally protected water-cooled and carries a one-year warranty.

Digital Microprocessor Controller:
Accurately indicates and monitors the DXC Conversion Coil exit temperature for E.P.A. compliance.

Refrigeration Connections:
Simple quick connect coupling eliminates the possibility of refrigerant loss in line connections. No need to evacuate or charge the system. Requires only two wrenches for installation.

Air Switch:
Synchronizes the Dry-to-Dry Cycle with the DXC Unit. Simplifies installation by eliminating electrical control wiring.

Water Modulating Valve:
Regulates water flow to condenser unit to cool refrigerant and conserve water usage.

Sensor Protection:
Microprocessor automatically shuts down unit in case of temperature sensor failure or in the event of freezing conditions.

Dual Pressure Switch:
Shuts down unit in case of high or low refrigerant pressures.

Refrigeration Solenoid:
Pumps down refrigerant to receiver to protect compressor.
